We are looking for a Head of Modern Trade for company in FMCG industry.

Following are the requirements :

  • 10 years of experience in commercial roles, ideally within FMCG multinationals.
  • A classical trained FMCG commercial leader who has successfully worked in a matrix and

    international environments.

  • Proven track record in driving sales capabilities across key areas such as Category Management
  • Revenue Growth Management, and Ideally, solid understanding of Modern Trade.

  • Commercial experience in the Kenyan market is a must, with specific experience in the on-trade.


Responsibilities
We are looking for a Head of Modern Trade for company in FMCG industry.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Build a world class sales team to win the long term objectives of the organization

2. Build strategies for the revenue growth management
3. Explore and frame the Go to market strategies
4. Leverage technology to win at the shelf and drive great execution.
5.Oversee commercial execution of category strategic initiatives designed to further develop leadership position within target customer and consumer base.

6. Win through Execution

7. Frames issues in a way that creates clarity and incorporates best thinking
8. Inspire the team by drawing on a variety of influencing styles to engage different audiences
9. Proactively seeks feedback and development for growth and takes action.
